• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field, OR Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience in the functional area.
• Additional 3 years or more of progressive experience in the functional area.
• Proven skills and experience with IT systems technologies, including Office 365, Microsoft Windows server, and workstation-based operating systems.
• Expertise in Powershell, Server Administration/Active Directory, patch management, backup & monitoring systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Cloud Services (Azure) and Intune.
• Ability to install, configure, and manage all aspects of VMware and vSphere environments.
• Experience in financial services or banking preferred.

• Manage and maintain our technology infrastructure, covering servers, storage systems, security systems, monitoring, and reporting.
• Implement new IT projects and initiatives, from hardware and software upgrades to system migrations and cloud computing solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices for optimal performance, security, and compliance.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact on our organization.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and regulatory standards, and contribute to the creation of disaster recovery contingencies.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and vendors, playing a vital role in shaping our digital future.
• Mentor IT Associates and Help Desk Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as required.
